2. Services

We provide website design, development, redesign, local SEO, and related digital services for small businesses. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be agreed in writing (via email or a formal proposal) before any work begins.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Setup fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Monthly fees (hosting, support, and maintenance) are billed monthly and due on the agreed date each month.
• We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is more than 14 days overdue.
• Prices may change with 30 days' written notice. Existing monthly agreements will honour the original price for the first 12 months.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel monthly services at any time with 30 days' written notice.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
• Upon cancellation, we will provide you with all website files, content, and any assets we have created for you.

5. Intellectual property

• Upon full payment, you own the website design, content, and any custom code we create specifically for your project.
• We retain the right to use screenshots and descriptions of the work in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, open-source libraries) remain subject to their own licences.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide content, images, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights
• Review and approve work at agreed milestones
• Keep login credentials and access details secure

7. Revisions & changes

Our Starter package includes reasonable revisions during the design and build process. “Reasonable” typically means up to two rounds of feedback. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges, which we will agree with you before proceeding.

8. Monthly support

The monthly fee includes domain registration, hosting, SSL, security updates, and reasonable content changes (text updates, image swaps, minor layout adjustments). It does not include new pages, new features, or major redesign work — these will be quoted separately.

9. Limitation of liability

• We will make every reasonable effort to deliver a high-quality website, but we cannot guarantee specific business results (e.g. search rankings, enquiry volumes, or revenue).
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
• We are not liable for any loss caused by factors outside our control, including third-party service outages, hosting issues, or changes to search engine algorithms.

10. Website use

When using this website, you agree not to:
